All orders will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number. Once shipped, packages are out of our control. For UK customers, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order. If you have not received it within this time frame, please contact us at Durairunway@gmail.com

For international customers, please allow up to 25 working days to receive your order. All international orders will be provided with tracking information. Please use the tracking information provided to view the status of your order. (Some orders may be delayed due to Covid 19 and Brexit, please check your tracking for more information).
